I/we request and authorize Durban Advertising Agency to initiate debit orders against my/our account held at the bank specified on the website (or any other bank or branch to which I/we may transfer my/our account). These debit orders will be for the amount specified on the website or any variable amount related to the agreement. This amount represents the monthly installment due for web hosting services provided by Durban Advertising Agency.

I understand that a fee of R100.00 will be billed for each unpaid debit order. This fee may also be deducted from my account in the event of any debit orders being rejected by my bank for any reason.

I acknowledge that a 10% annual increase on the monthly installment may be applied without further notice.

All withdrawals from my/our account by Durban Advertising Agency shall be considered as though personally signed by me/us. I/we instruct and authorize SagePay (Pty) Ltd or any designated agent to draw funds from my/our account to settle amounts owed to Durban Advertising Agency under this agreement. I/we agree to cover any banking charges related to this debit order instruction.

I/we understand that I/we may cancel this authority by providing Durban Advertising Agency with thirty days' written notice via prepaid registered post. However, I/we acknowledge that I/we shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts withdrawn during the period when this authority was in force, provided that such amounts were legally owed to Durban Advertising Agency..

  I/we acknowledge that the party authorized to initiate debit orders against my/our account may not transfer or assign any of its rights, and I/we may not delegate any obligations under this contract/authority to any third party without the prior written consent of Durban Advertising Agency. In case of insufficient funds in my nominated account, Durban Advertising Agency is entitled to track my account and represent the debit order instruction as soon as sufficient funds become available.

 I understand that if I, the client, wish to cancel this agreement within the first year of website development, I will be liable to pay a fee of R1500.
